for me, it was AR 32 a couple of days ago, i saved up like 10k gems and i was losing hope as i reached down 3k and i did 2 wishes on the permanent banner and i got Mona, then i pulled 5 more wishes on the Xiao banner and i got him, i was shaking fkjgjskfksfk. reply
got mona at around ar25+ during zhongli banner and was so sad bc i couldnt get zhongli :((((( & then i got her c1 during albedo banner & was sad again :’(((( reply

Funny thing is I got Mona fairly early on, right after unlocking the wish section but I thought she was a 4-star for a couple of weeks before it hit me (I wasn't using her until I got to her story quest lmao)
After that I just saved my primos for Xiao cause I'm f2p & now I got a C1 Xiao as my 2nd 5 Star I pulled. Yay
