I take it as a joke don't know why so serious about "I was caught reading this lololl" it's 95% a joke ppl who take everything seriously are the ones who actually believe that.
I don't know about the rape part but there's nothing wrong with someone rereading a manga they liked their blot u might like the trope but someone else does.
