I'll read it if the art is sub-par but the story is good, but not vice versa. if the seme rapes the uke and they get together I drop it immediately, or the if the seme is overly possessive/abusive/sadistic.

for me it mostly psychological. gender, looks, and even sex content don't matter id they have the right emotions! Like others have said, not often. I personally don't.
Female masturbation is a different game. If you go looking at porn (outright porn) aimed at men, you'll find it's very simple. You're usually straight into the action, most have little in the way of tension and often photos alone are enough.
That's not usually how things work for women.
