I always crave for food a few days or weeks before my period came. I just eat meat and rice but few minutes after that, I felt hungry again and suddenly want to eat ice cream. Even after eating ice cream, I'm still hungry and crave for more food like for fuck's sake- how am I not gaining weight if this is how my body act everytime my period day is......   reply
