Have A Weird Or Unusual Dream

Have you ever been so deeply disturbed by a dream it actually ends up traumatizing you, To the point where you often remember it and cringe every time you do? If so, mind sharing the dream?

Here's an experience of mine:
A week before my dads death i had a dream that me and my dad were in a zombie apocalypse, and my siblings had already turned to zombies. My unborn child was also a 'fetus zombie' so i begged my dad not kill him, but he had already killed my siblings and then my unborn son. Then he told me he was sorry and suddenly got attacked by a zombie and i ended up jerking awake at 4 am.

Unrelated side note: the day before my dads death, his exact words were "Before i die, i want to go to the Thai restaurant in (a town next to ours)." And so we had plans to go on the following Monday, but he died the very next die. Its stressful thinking about it.
