Definitely read the novel first! There are some details that aren't explained as much in the drama, manhua, and anime. If you read the novel first, you will understand and process the storyline much better when you decide to go watch or read. I know the drama changed some stuff to their own liking. untamed is really cute, but it cuts a lot of important things w world-building and character relations :/ ideally, u should check out the original novel, from which the drama and manhua adapation came from. BUT if ur not in2 books, then def read the MDZS manhua instead! the art is rlly cute and the romance moments r adorable, it's also way more und...... 1 reply
In my opinion drama wasn’t that good (though I just watched first 16 chapters, don’t mind it)
There are MDZS manga, anime, drama and novel. (At some point even game)
You can start with any of them but I think it is better to watch the drama first so you won’t lose interest like me. I lost my interest while watching Untamed cuz I read the nov...... 1 reply
