If she isn't an assistant manager or a manager. Then, she is in no position to tell you that. (Based on the u.s) And normally, you get a phone call or an email or maybe a one and one conversation with your manager about your firing. So do a follow up, on this topic with your manager.   reply

you should speak with your manager and confirm if youre really fired over that or not.... she shouldnt be able to fire you if shes in the same position as you, doesnt make any sense (at least from where i am, it doesnt)   1 reply

Honestly speaking, from an outsider's POV (I'm not sure how things work in other countries), you should check with your manager/the person in charge of hiring you, as you are unsure if you are fired or not. If the woman with the same job as you fired you, you're bound to be sceptical, so it's good to double-check rather than to just assume you're f......   reply
