I used to faint from the pain, thnakfully, it got more manageable eventually, my survival kit includes a hot water bag, hot cinnamon with honey infusion, and plenty of cuddles, it does help a lot, also weed takes the edge of the pain better than painkillers for me, but if that is not feasible for you any antispasmodic med will most likely help, bon......   reply

my dumbass can't swallow pills so i take like 3 children advil and curl up in a ball but if i have school i still take 3 advil, eat something that sounds good (usually a shit ton of chocolate) and drink ginger tea (it helps with stomach problems but it helps my cramps) and suffer for the next few hours overall I recommend drinking tea and taking ad......   1 reply
