Arching my back always helps my stomach stop hurting with the cramps (idk why it helps but it does) also I use a cold rag not a hot one   reply

I'm actually on medication for endometriosis. It has helped me so much. I still get some cramps, but it's not as debilitating as before. My periods were insanely painful. idk bro, me and my sister don't get cramps. we tried looking up why we don't get cramps, but we didn't find anything. I guess some people just don't get cramps.   reply
