I do voice acting once a week. Funny how I found this question here. And it depends. The scripts can make me cringe sometimes more than anything.
When I first started voiceovers, I would cringe at my voice so bad.
You get used to it over time. At the end of the day too...you gotta do it if you are getting paid. So sometimes you just have to do it....... reply
I know a veteran voice actor and they don't cringe at it and I know another one who does because it was their first one. So I guess they get used to it ╮(￣▽￣)╭ reply
