I would say it is not that bad compared to other reading sites. Despite BL being the main genre of marketing, they still have a good selection of other genres. Their main page is superior to other reading sites due to the fact that recommendations are vast and easy to search. honestly the only difference is that mangago has active forums. u can just use ad blockers for different manga sites tbh   reply
