For strawberry legs, exfoliating can help (you can switch over to waxing or hair removal creams instead) I use Aloevera gel with a clean old mascara wand on my lashes. Overall I'd say you gotta exfoliate and hydrate more, but seeing a profesionnal is indeed the best solution.
