Aside from that, I make a lot of smoothies. Frozen bananas, blueberries, strawberries, spinach, ginger root, and almond milk—that's my go-to mix.

For me, I don't have one particular favorite dish, but I prefer dishes with white meat like poultry or rabbit. I also love dishes with fresh caught tuna and octopus (like octopus rice tanoeiro style - it's a traditional portuguese dish where the octopus is cooked in wine until tender in a pressure cook, then seasoned with salt, garlic and paprika. ...... 1 reply
Phew...just looking at nicely presented food can make me drool. Which can be a dilemma when eating out! I love to eat all kinds of food (at least try it once!) so choosing a specific dish is always a problem.
