Whenever I can afford it. Also, tend to save up before any Anime/Comic con to splurge on books/merchandise.
I am careful though; I tend to stick to things that I think I'll still love/use/display years later. reply
I only have a keychain from my fav anime D.Gray-man. It's the Black Order pendant on the jacket. I've been planning to buy pillowcases or blankets but tbh I don't have the money so I've just been planning but never making it happen ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I want a phone case but I feel I'm gonna be buying a new phone soon so I don't wanna buy for this ph...... reply
