Do commissions and events. Event rn gives 70 per completed challenge. Commisions give 60 per day. You can also buy welkin for $5 and get 390 primos as soon as you buy it and 90 per day for a month I think. If you're not a pay to get primogems player, then your best bet would be to grind the heck out of everything. Daily commissions, events, domains, spiral abyss, opening chests, fighting bosses, getting achievements, etc. reply
Did you just start the game? I started around april 4th and wasn't able to get venti in his last day or tartaglia. I was able to hit pity of zhongli banner. But got dilic instead :( So it really depends if kazhuha is the first or second banner in 1.6. You may have a chance if its the second, but if its the first its not very likely.
