(Answering ur first question) I used to text my boyfriend a LOT and call him daily but recently I’ve been too busy w work and college so I can’t rly text or call him that often. Like I prob have 2 long/good conversations over text in one day and we call like 2 times a week and have one date a week.

No, (insert pronouns) im a lot worse than that, i feel like I need to live in my partner’s skin… but then again I found that when I have a lot of stuff to do, it tends to reduce, like if I’m working a lot or if I’m doing chores, so I tend to keep myself busy to not do it (if that helps u). I was 12 reading fanfics. Wanting images without the wattpad images i went hunting. I found manga and did ome searching. Found common terms shoujo uke seme yaoi yuri shounen ai ykyk. Searched smth like 'yaoi manga' came across a cool manga website (this one) didnt create an account for awhile.

I text him every chance i get and our shortest call is some times 15 minutes our longest 5 but that if were playing games. A typicall call is 1-2 hours. But thats cause its what i want and wha he wants when he doesnt wanna call, hell do it but it may only be 15-30 minutes. 1 reply
honestly i just treat it as if i'm writing my partner a letter/multiple letters. idk how big of a time difference you guys have but mine and theirs rarely match up due to other life stuff so both of us just kinda spam each other until the other wakes up/is free to respond.
