Manga/Webtoon making?

I saw quite a few people who knows how to write but not at drawing and those who can draw but unable to write or bring a story together that both want to make webcomics or manga. If your willing, why don’t you work with people on here? Granted it we are basically all strangers on the internet so I can’t say for sure that it’s safe but if both parties are willing to, what’s to stop making your manga/webcomic come to life?
Harem animes, Beastars and another one that I won’t name and watch just bc of the fandom. Ya’ll might think ‘why don’t you just ignore the fandom then’ I tried but everywhere I go ppl just won’t stop shipping their particular ships even though the media I was reading/watching wasn’t focused on that ship you know?
