The privilege they have? excuse me but last time I checked being disrespected by straight and gay people alike was not considered a privilege. About the F slur, I'd be uncomfortable using it but if liking the same sex gives you the right to use derogatory language then I don't see why bisexuals shouldn't be allowed to do so. reply

1) That word is NOT directed towards all of the lgbt+ community, so the notion that *all* lgbt+ people should be able to "reclaim" that word makes zero sense. mmm i think historically it is important to note that just because a bisexual person could have fallen for someone of the opposite gender, they could fall for someone of the same gender just as easily. and it's not like if they said "i'm into the opposite gender too" that would have gotten them out of getting lynched if caught canoodling with some...... reply

How does members of the LGBTQIA community especially our gays feel about bisexual people saying the F slur or anyone who's really not gay. I've seen so many bisexual people get so defensive about the F slur and about how they have the right to say it which could probably be argued and I really just wanted some insight about how others feel about it. Personally I don't think alot of bisexual people understand the privilege they have over gay people and how more acceptable they are in our society than gay people. I'm not saying we shouldn't be saying but if a gay person says that they are uncomfortable with you saying it it should be respected and not argued against but thats just my opinion, Don't beat me up
