There was once when I drank coffee at like 9pm and I couldn’t fall asleep so I just binge watch AOT but I fell asleep during class the next day because I didn’t get any sleep since I was watching AOT. mm idk about the milk part, but coffee makes me pass tf out as well, hence why i hate it. all it does is make me drowsy, so idk how people say it makes them energetic reply
