just kinda like. exit the website, go to youtube for 7 minutes, come back, and immidiately skip or skim through the chapter   reply

distract myself by going another app like youtube or twitter for a lil and then come back after i calm down... sometimes if its too much ill just scroll and read really fast lol   reply
