"Guy" is not an "all gender" word, which I'm assuming means gender neutral(?), and calling it a pronoun is just... no. "Guys" on the other hand, at least in American English, *can* be neutral if it's a phrase like "you guys" in the same way that "y'all" is neutral. I call people dude, bro, sis, queen, & man regardless of their gender (unless the person is uncomfortable with any of the words). I don’t think it’s feminization as much as it is just the way people talk.   reply
