Hmm I do like both but if I had to choose I would say manga. Webtoons or manwha if you prefer has a more modern feel to it. The digital art is pretty and inviting but mangas have this sophisticated and classic appeal. It feels more artistic. I love beautiful art regardless tho. I noticed you mentioned Yaoi. Maybe this is just me, but when I see manga characters saying “ain’t” and “y’all” or something like that, I picture them with a country accent.
Like, it can be Bakugou and I’d just picture him screaming in his cowboy boots and hat before slamming the door of his pick-up truck and going home to till his land in his tractor.
Is this just me? Is this because I’m American or something?
