This might sound gross but I have beef curtains. I have to wear loose shorts as underwear. It hurts whenever I use pads and I'm too scared to put a tampon up there. It even hurts when I sit. It's been like this since I was a kid. It really sucks. Sorry if this sounded unpleasant. Just wanted to vent a bit. reply
