Art-wise and story-wise, they're pretty much just the same, both have wide variations, both have manga and manhwa that excels on both qualities.
Manhwa tends to be easier to read because the direction is only downward and its frames tend to have relative spaces between each other. However, sometimes my eyes gets dizzy from all the scrolling to do...... 1 reply
