Read Manga

Hello! I’m new to this site and I don’t know if I’m doing this question thing right. There is this Tapas comic called “My Four Masters”, on this site, I think has only up to Chapter 46. I have access all the way up to 100, I still have two more episodes to buy, the authors are on a hiatus, so I should be able to catch up.
I know a lot of people like that manga and want updates, I want to upload chapters, but I don’t know how to do that. If anyone knows how, please tell me!

I was addicted to manga for about 3 years. In my first discovery of manga(online) I could read 400+chapters within 2-3 days even in schooldays without fail but as years went by I was slowly losing interest as it was quite hard for me to find ones that i liked. I still read it but just because I have nothing else to do(self quarantine days) . So I just wanted to know for how many years were your addiction of manga lasted?

Someone knows the manga that goes on in high school, the girl is having sex in a room on a high floor, then she sees her friends leaving and waves, they wave back, and the guy who is having sex with her says she got tighter ... (=・ω・=)
