Basically you can eat with out getting fat ._. All you need to do is not eat so much in a day. Basically eat two meals a day but in different hours. And make sure you so little exercise by walking around do something to keep your body motivated and make sure you snack on something healthy at least once or twice for different hours. I asked people what the best solution to get fat is and they said is to eat a huge amount every meal and eat it fast. I did those and gain not a single pound. I think being thin runs in our family. I eat a lot more than my friends do, and I always just eat whatever I crave (not like a pregnant person), and I generally stay around 140 lb :)
I really don't crave sugar much though.
I think high metabolisms run in my family. Mine generally slows down when I go to college, but it picks up again when I go home because my job takes a lot of physic...... reply
Sure, two years ago I gained some weight... Oh, but that was because I'm so lazy, ahaa! But I still can eat whatever I want at any time of the day or night... and that's the best!

When I was younger, I was the sort who could eat as much as I wanted of anything and not gain a single pound but now. It's a little different now. After my first pregnancy that changed. My brother and I are always fighting because he is such a glutton.I mean seriously he eats like every 30 min but does not even gain a single kilo.... and it's not like he is the athletic type whereas I work out and eat in moderation but still gain weight...can someone explain to me why is life so unfair...? ┗( T﹏T )┛ 3 reply
Big appetites run in my family. While most of my friends eat very little, I tend to go for the upsize meal, if you know what I mean. It's like, watching them starve themselves just so they can stay thin. Not me, I have maintained my weight since I was 12 and have flunctuated, but never far from the original number. reply
I've always had a fast metabolism and I naturally eat A LOT like A LOT so it's great for me because I get to eat my favorite foods without having to worry about gaining excess weight. reply
Well I always had to stop myself and do a lot of exercise to burn the calories.... went for professional dietary consultation, changed my way of thinking, and now eat as much as I want, but I just teached my body to be satisfied with much less and different food. Seriously it stopped to be a problem. reply
