I tend to like stuff that's vaguely melancholic/nostalgic. Sort of bittersweet but with a happy ending, subtle feelings, stuff like that. I like a lot of friends to lovers, slow burn stuff for this reason. Sometimes I go for soul crushing angst but only if it has a happy ending.   reply

My best friend found out about it, and I got her into it, but I'm more into it than she is. When I show her the more graphic scenes she gets embarrassed and starts awkwardly laughing. It's just fun to be able to share it with her though.   reply
