Believe me you have to force yourself for the starting and if you reach the middle things will get harder bcz you could go back to the start by a tiniest mistake but believe me once you can reduce your time it will he...... reply
this is gonna be an extreme answer, but if u can, just delete ur mangago acc and set up a restriction to this website (aand other manga websites) via something like microsoft family safety or sumthing.
and afterwards just go outside. literally, go outside and sit in a park or something. try to think about all the little things you see, like the b...... reply
I've said it once and ill say it again, try putting in a habit of reducing your time on this site (or even better, your screentime in general) and the more u go the more u reduce it, reward yourself when you make certain milestones. Try taking a shower, (warm or cold) cooking or even going shopping instead. reply
