All questions about mother's day

I wouldn't say anything but when they coughed I would say bless you because we found it funny
But now it is a habit of mine when someone coughs I would say bless you
How do I stop this

So mother's day is coming up and I don't know what to get my mom, I'm in highschool, don't have a job, or money to get her something, I'm not even artistic to do something for her. I'd write a poem, but I'm not good with love or happy things, I'm not all that close to my mom ( she's a nurse) but she amazing. I don't even know of any gift that shows that. Please help.
