Hmm...female characters(mostly in Shounen) that are physically weak are 'useless'. It's not all about physical strength that makes you admirable, there's so many more too! Uploaders aren't shielded from criticism simply because they're "doing something they don't have to do". That's absolutely ridiculous. If your scans are bad, readers telling you your scans are bad is how you know you should improve.
