Why do animes generalize women?
Why do almost all animes generalize female women has having that snatched waist/rlly thin waist and a c cup+ . Like fr, especially shonen, and I get that its male centered audience or sum but like there exists something called different body shapes.
And i hate the fact that (almost) every shounen female character is about falling in love with the mc and their character becomes all about ~I LOVE HIM~ I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THIS.

i guess that mostly has to do with the beauty standards in japan. i feel like the men there prefer that kind of body shape more which is why they always draw them like that. although, that’s not to say that isn’t off-putting since animes oversexualize female characters A LOT. and thats sad if u think abt it bc its def not an accurate representa...... reply
And that’s the reason I almost always dislike shonen girls... add the body shape with an overly nice attitude or overly bitchy attitude, overconfidence or low self esteem, And either really strong from the beginning or pathetically weak. No in between lmfao. reply
