Why is kissing part of your family such a big deal? I see a lot of comments about kissing their cousin and I don't see a problem?

My first kiss was with my cousin, actually. I was about 5 or something, and he was a few months younger than me. It was...messy. Our chins were full of spaghetti sauce and pasta and we were licking each other's mouths and giggling because spaghetti. (=・ω・=)
