Idk after watching anime girls who are tsunderes or really weak (and annoying) characters or something, it’s really hard to like girls in anime? Anyone else feel the same?
i mean theres a whole kakegurui with god tier female characters, also nona, faye, the girls in claymore, railgun, fubuki, medaka kurokami, tatsumaki and many other badass/strong female characters exist but aight

If you read/watch mostly shounen, specially harem, then it's true. They must think that's the ideal type for most guys. If you try other genres, mainly seinen or josei, then it's only a minority.
You should try other types.
Just a few suggestions that you can find in both manga and anime:

Well thats the reason why I chose what I watch or read. There are girl characters that are ultimate toxic and annoying and there are some who I almost imitate irl. And it also depends on the genre.
Proceed to action, shounen animes and you'll RARELY find annoying girl characters especially if they are on the protagonist's side.

There are quite a lot of stereotypical girls in anime that portrait very unreallistic, toxic and sexist behaviors simplifying females as irrelevant and simple love interests. However, this also happens in western media since it's the result of years and years of internalized sexism in our everyday life and culture.

I got you fam, this one is the same. I've developed anime girl allergy of some sort. If one has all characteristics that I love, I may even hate that one just because she happened to be a girl.
