I unfortunately don't remember the name of my it. I don't recall much of the plot, which probably explains why it's hard for people to help me find it when I ask around. There's a particular scene that will always stand out to me. One of the main characters was a singer/artist and during one of his performances he was tied up under his clothes, which was turning him on in front of all his fans. It eventually started raining and he panicked, because the ropes under his shirt were going to be exposed to everyone in the crowd. I want to say it was his brother that tied him up, but I'm not entirely sure. That's all I remember. The art style was also.....idk how to explain it. It wasn't modern??? If that makes sense???
