i think i was 12 when i first learned about bl and i would only read shounen-ai I knew that there was yaoi but i was pretty innocent (?) and didnt want to read it.

I was about 12 and my first exposure to BL was prob Yuri On Ice and then I went on to watch Sekaiichi Hataukoi which then lead me to read the manga and oh lawd I didn't expect there to be any sex scenes and for that reason was like (⊙…⊙ ) the whole way reading it lol

I was 9 and in the bnha fandom when I had heard about "shipping" and a really popular ship back then was Tododeku. I was confused at first but then I got more and more into shipping same sex characters and less heterosexual characters and I found out about this manga called "Doukyuusei". That was the first yaoi/shounen-ai manga I ever read I believ...... reply
