IceMoon☆ IceMoon☆ 2020-08-19 00:14:29 About crippling anxiety
I always was a shy kid, but as the years went by, it turned into a fucked up anxiety. It got to the point where going to school(or any place with people) felt like going to a death sentence, I always walked with my head lowered and looking at my feet because I couldn't face or talk to others. I wasn't able to do anything on my own, for me everything that I tried to do was wrong, even constant reassurance couldn't make me feel better.
I started to take medication but it just made me feel sick, like I was broken and needed to be fixed, so after a year and a half I got fed up and decided to just quit it(it was stupid of me, don't do this without medical orders)

I got a lot better even though I still struggle at talking to people. At least it doesn't paralyze me anymore :')

As a fellow anxiety sufferer I can offer a small piece of advice. Stop completely, or as best you can, using any thing with caffeine. Especially pay attention to random panic attacks. Did you have a moment of anxiety where you dont know why its happening or what set you off? Did you have coffee, soda, energy drink etc that has a lot of caffeine in it before it started? For me, i have eliminated caffeine unless its in a day with bunches of exercise, yard work or other thungs like that. I still have panic attacks and anxiety but I stopped having problems with random attacks where I dont know the cause.
