Tips for easing anger
Anyone got tips to ease your frustrations like a thing you do to calm you down? I usually just go silent and take deep breaths but sometimes it hurts if you do it everyday (yeah everything irritates me lol)
Not sure if this’ll help you, but I close my eyes and take a deep breath. After that I just look at the problem like it’s dumb. Whatever you do after is up to you.

I have a hard time processing my emotions but I'm great with words and visualizing so I write down my issues and how I'm feeling onto paper. I work through them like a mindmap, keep writing, and logically look at what's affecting me from a step back. It helps a lot but you're only limited to the solutions and connections that you come up with on yo...... reply
