That's called Hate Speech and yes it should absolutely be restricted and a crime. Unfortunately, in much of the world, including the US, it largely is not.
If your "speech and expression" is promoting ideas and mindsets that can result in the objective harm of other people, then your "freedom" to such things can and should be restricted. reply
I don't think so. Keeping your mouth shut doesn't turn off an offensive mindset. All it does is that it gives the targeted group a false sense of security, and makes it harder for people to figure out who the perpetrator is if a hate crime is committed without witnesses.
