Why do straight guys hate yaoi and straight girls are fine with yuri?
This question has been in my mind for quite awhile now. Well, most straight guys i know irl who tried reading yaoi were grossed out and said that it was too much for them. And me (a hetero woman) is fine reading yuri (i also read smut and stuff lol). Not just me tho, i am sure there are many straight women out there who also read yuri. My point is, if women can do it why can't men too? Is there a particular reason? Can someone explain it to me please?

Im a straight female and I'm not a fan of yuri. It usually boils down to most people Who are straight are attracted to the opposite sex no matter if it's hetero porn gay porn of the opposite sex. If you don't have an attraction to the same sex it makes sense you don't get any sort of arousal or enjoyment from your sex having sex with each other. 1 reply

I don't know about straight girls liking yuri. I'm a emotionally bankrupt & asexual, so I'm uncomfortable with seeing other women being romantic or sexual.
