probably around six months ago I was just on youtube watching amvs minding my own bisuness and suddenly a wild yaoi scene comes out of no where so im just there like "that's hot" so I search the comment section for the name of the anime, thus sekai ichi hatsukoi became my first yaoi. best part is it took me a whole 12 episodes for me to realize "whoa that was gay" it all started there and now I problably read yaoi every day (is that unhealthy ?) not to mention.....id classify my mom as a homophobe so I really HOPE she never finds out....which is very unlikely (⊙…⊙ ) pray for me?
Me too... about a year ago I was on internet looking for something new (anime) to watch and I found myself in page with a lot of categories I didn't uderstand by then... I read the synopsis and I was like "yay! that sounds totally fun" now they're countless the mangas and animes I've watched and read; so if it's unhealthy, you're not alone ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Different show for me it was a shounin-ai Decendents of darkness and than got curious. Than I came here and looked up yaoi and read it. I have loved it sence. I'm in my 30's so I guss I'm a late bloomer in becoming a yaoi lover. My first paperback was Crimson Spell.
