Tbh, I read BL in public without caring one bit about others. I read mostly on my phone but sometimes also with a BL book in my hand. I don't even care what people think if I start smiling happily or do something else while reading. reply
That's fairly easy. I read hard Yaoi in public. And I just don't care if anyone catches a glimpse of it.
THAT is my method. Because you can't be »caught« if there's nothing they could actually »catch« you with - or if you just don't feel like you were just caught by something you were not supposed to do. Since it's my thing what I read and wha...... 1 reply
I read yaoi in public all the time, whether its manga or a nove. I usually never have it in a physical copy, its usually on my phone with the brightness turned all the way or halffway down so people wont really notice. reply
It's rare but you're going to be caught eventually. On the bright side, 9/10 people who catch that will pretend they never saw anything. The real method is to just have no shame. 2 reply
In public... Well I read in class and when I'm in the bus with my phone. In both cases I'm sitting down so it's already pretty hard to see what I'm reading, unless you actually try and see what's on the screen... But if you're glancing it's pretty hard to see, also because I read mangas only in english and I live in Italy (and there aren't that man...... reply

whahaha i just read whenever i can yaoi on my phone tho (❀╹◡╹) it sometimes really difficult not too laugh when it gets too cute XD normally i jet try too keep a calm face but honestly iam not that great at it sometimes and then i quickly look around if someone saw me but when i can i read it ... i just sooooooooooooooooooooooooo love it...... reply
yes, I often read it in the middle of the class, while the others had presentation in front of class. I took a corner seat, I'm using a book to hide it so my friend beside me can't take a look. I used an app which had night mode so people can't see clearly what I read. 1 reply

When I needed to take the Métro to go to the uni I would bring a manga with me, and since yaois are quite often one shots, well... Anyways, I can't use my phone cuz it's too old, so I just bring the tankoubon or take my pc to read at school.
