Okay so I've never had a job before so this is my first job, I accidentally left about 30 minutes early because my calendar decided to move it back an hour. I can sense that through the texts my manager has sent me that they're pissed. I'm trying to learn everything quickly but the guy teaching me barely spoke English so it was hard. Both members of the team were badmouthing me in Spanish, thinking that I don't understand. I apologized to my manager stating that it will never happen again in the future. What should I do now, how should I make it up to them?
