I read both but I enjoy reading shounen ai more than yaoi just because yaoi often lacks the plot and it's just about sex. I have times when I like to binge read lot of yaoi but after a day I don't even remember what I read and what happens other than some sex scenes. It depends on the content of the manga- the artwork, story and characters. I like to read stories with insights about "same-sex relationship and society" - sort of psychological (not the violence and stuff) and realism to it, which is commonly found on shounen ai, I guess. Most of the artworks in Yaoi are fetching that sometimes I forgot about the ...... reply
Yaoi, BL, & Bromance, depending on my mood.
Bromance pandering is an excellent way to get me into a shounen series, all that fighting & shipping. Best examples off the top of my head are Gensoumaden Saiyuki, GetBackers, & Hunter x Hunter.

Both, i like both shounen ai and yaoi they aren't different (one shot of shounen ai makes me cry) yaoi's and shounen ai have different story's and plots. They both makes us fujoshi cry or feel pain. i like both Yaoi and Shounen ai even through i dont understand anything :_) lololololol
