As someone that got a first kiss (a proper one, not on the cheek or forehead but on the lips) at 22, I'd tell you to just wait until your dating someone that you not only like but love. :) Without feelings behind it kissing wouldn't be that worth it honestly, its just physical contact if you don't care at all about the person.

TBH I got my first kiss my freshmen year of highschool. Not because I had a boothang it was because my friend just couldn't believe I've never kissed anyone lol. I don't regret it either. You don't have to feel pressured to kiss someone regardless if you wanna be in a relationship or not/ like them or not.
