Why the frick is English so complicated Like you've got spit, saliva and drool They're legit all the same thing, but there's just different ways to say it. WHY THIS BITCH SO COMPLICATED??
It’s not really that complicated.
These words actually don’t event mean the same thing.
-Saliva is the liquid secreted from the mouth
-Spit is the FORCIBLE ejection of saliva
-And drool is the uncontrollable dripping of saliva from the mouth
We just use them interchangeably 3 reply
Because they're used in different situations:-
Spit is when you intentionally let saliva out of your mouth
Saliva is the acidic liquid your mouth produces
Drool is used when you unconsciously get saliva out of your mouth (when your mouth is open)
