Who introduced you to BL/Yaoi?
Did someone introduce it to you? Or did you find out by yourself?
I personally had heard the words and known what it meant for a long time, but I've only started getting into it a little before my current girlfriend and I started dating. She showed me the ways, but I was always sort of weirded out to be a guy and reading these things, but they grew on me; since I was trying to figure out why she likes them (I was trying to woo her at the time (*＾ー＾)). It eventually escalated into reading smut though. I quite enjoy then now (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

mine was a shounun ai anime and it was called "Love stage!" after watching iti got interested looked for more then stumbled upon yaoi. also in the pic he's a guy...its for a wedding comercial XD 1 reply
I don't remember how I first discovered it, but Gravitation was my first. From there I moved on to the aarinfantasy forum. I don't talk about BL with anyone in rl though. I'm kinda trying to avoid this from happening....

One of my guy friend introduced it to me. (Not sure if this is useful info but he's bi). He borrowed me a copy of the manga "Only The Ring Finger Knows" and I took my curiosity from there. That was in 9th grade, around 4 years ago. Though I didn't start researching and actually reading until that summer and onto 10th and till present. reply
I discovered yaoi when I read at the back of a hetero romance novel about the author being into yaoi. Well at that time, I don't know what this word means so I searched it on the internet and found out what it was. I found it myself. It was about 10 years ago, when I was looking for anime to watch I found a BL and watched it and thought the couple was incredibly cute. When I was little I loved Sailor Moon and Card Captor Sakura and everyone knows Haruka and Michiru were a couple, same as Touya and Yukito and that Tomoyo was in love with Sakura. No one introduce me to BL tough.. cause it rare to see someone open with them liking BL in my country cause it is taboo for guyxguy relationship here. But I know there's plently of them who like yaoi except the fact I have no friends around me that like it. Not even one. My brother showed me a manga. I think it was a doujinshi for Aomine and Kagami from Kuroko no Basket. I don't watch the anime but I've seen pictures and such.
