I absolutely adore Blood Bank. I won't lie, when I first started reading it I wasn't sure I would finish it because it wasn't quite my taste, not really what I'm into but the later chapters really drew me in and holy crap it really drew me in. Blood bank is my BL bias recently. Wolf in the house is slowly creeping its way into my heart. Basically anything Yamamoto Kotetsuko as well.
As far as shounen-ai, Koori no Mamono no Monogatari (even though it's older) is (probably) my favorite.

Blood Bank used to be my number one on the favorite list but I just started reading Dark Heaven and it completely changed my world. I can't describe how it teaches me so many things about our fucked up society. Not to mention, it's emotional too and emotional stories will always win my heart. reply
Blood Bank, Blood Bank and Blood Bank! :D But I also love Caste Heaven. I love Killing Stalking, but for different reasons (it's definitely more horror than romance!). My all-time favourites (other than Blood Bank) are classics like Gravitation and Fake. reply
