I follow people if they're funny, nice, and if they don't have a lot of followers. Sometimes I'll just follow someone bc of their username and if they follow me reply
I just follow people who give me good recs, reply to my comments, and seem funny and I wold enjoy reading their lists, questions, and replies. hehehe reply
I follow back those who follow me....... But usually I forget to follow back when I'm followed and then when I remember to follow after a (long) while and I feel like it's been too long they wouldn't remember.............. And that my friend, is hard to 'follow' reply
