worst fandoms??
in your opinion which fandom is the worst, and what was your worst experience with that fandom?
personally, even though I am apart of the kpop community, some people can be really toxic. for example, people who fetishize the idols, koreaboos, and gate-keepers.
I think the MHA fandom is the worst because I used to be really into the anime but now that the fandom ships almost everyone I'm not really hyped up for the new season.....what I'm trying to say is that the fandom kinda ruined it for me. (づ￣ ³￣)づ 1 reply
The k fandom hands down. One time I got told I couldn't like kpop because I was black, and another time is I couldn't like BTS because I didnt know all their names and I was new to the fandom 4 reply

When I was in kpop fandoms, I really hated Armys because they hated on every new debuted groups, called them "copying bts" even when new groups did cover to bts songs;; And I didn't like most of gg stans too lol

Super Smash Bros fandom. A lot of them constantly harass and send death threats the game developers, because their favourite characters are not in the game. Also, there are allegations of famous players who interacted with minors in the worst ways possible (grooming, nudes, do the dirty, etc...) reply

I think the kpop community can be pretty toxic, obviously not all kpop stans, but there are a lot of toxic asg kpop stans. Like just recently i've seen a lot of hate towards the idol Kim Seokjin from BTS. A lot of the hate were from toxic exols who were saying stuff like "jin is nothing with out bts" "whereas d.o is famous for his acting too" And ...... reply
5sos fandom and CBM fandom. Those are the ones I have been personally involved but left bcoz of rampant toxicity, gaslighting and cliques. They really eroded my mental health. reply
I would probably say MHA, Haikyu, and Killing Stalking. MHA for obvious reasons, I think that the way haikyu characters are boiled down to "uwu baby boys" and "sex gods" is disgusting. They're all minors and it's not okay to sexualize them. Killing Stalking because the NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT GENUINELY SHIP SANGWOO AND YOONBUM IS INSANE, not to menti...... 1 reply
