I wouldn’t really say overrated is a thing? Everyone has animes they love, doesn’t matter if they’re good or not and they also have animes they absolutely despise even if they were ”masterpieces”. It’s all up to personal opinion.

I dont really think that any of them are overhyped. Everyone has different opinions but personally I think a good anime not only depends on the show but also on the fans.
I know that if it wasnt for hxh fans (mostly hisoka stans) on tiktok, i wouldnt have finished it...

This is just from my perspective, but Haikyuu and MHA are overrated af. Yeah, they're pretty good, but they get way more attention than I believe they should. A pretty good percentage of people watch the shows only for the characters as well. Todoroki and Bakugo. Kageyama and Kuroo. And so forth. They're good animes, but I believe there are better ...... 2 reply
